A: Our charger plate covers are made of 100% polyester, which gives them great durability and resistance to stains and daily use. Polyester is a synthetic material that is easy to wash and dry, making it an excellent choice for events and gatherings. The bases are made of MDF wood.

On the other hand, our napkins are made of a blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester. This combination of materials offers a soft and comfortable texture, while polyester helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles and provides great durability.

In summary, both our charger plate covers and napkins are designed to offer the best quality and functionality for any event or gathering.

Q. How do I care for my Sophie Alexander products?

A: Care instructions for the charger plate covers are as follows: machine wash on a cold cycle, or hand wash and leave to air dry. It is recommended to avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as they may damage the material.

As for the napkins, they can be machine wash on a cold cycle and tumble dried on low heat. If necessary, they can be ironed on the back side at a low temperature. It is important to avoid using high heat when ironing, as this may cause damage to the material. Similar to the baseplate covers, it is recommended to avoid using bleach or fabric softeners when washing the napkins.

To ensure the longevity of SOPHIE ALEXANDER MDF bases, it is essential to clean them solely with a dry cloth and avoid any contact with moisture. For added protection, all our covers are designed to be water-repellent.

A: We offer free and easy returns on merchandise that is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Please keep in mind that used, washed, or altered merchandise will not be accepted, and final sale items such as gift cards and items tagged as final sale on our website are not eligible for returns.
